Produce: the narrow audience and problem I should own; a one-sentence positioning statement; my differentiating angle (what only I can say because of my experience); 3 content pillars with example post ideas; a 150-character bio and a longer about section; a proof inventory listing what I have and what I should create (case studies, results, testimonials); and the first 5 posts to publish. Challenge anything that is too generic and tell me what evidence is missing.
