Refund and cancellation policy

Free content and free accounts can be used and closed at any time. No payment is taken, and nothing is renewed automatically.

• We will show the price, the length of the plan, what is included and the renewal date before you pay.
• We will tell you the currency and whether tax is included.
• Payments are handled by a payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a plan renews automatically, we will say so clearly at checkout and email you before it renews.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We will not charge you again.

• 7-day refund on your first purchase. If you are not happy, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Mistakes. If we charged you twice, charged the wrong amount, or you were charged after cancelling, we will refund the error.
• Service problems. If the paid features did not work for a long period because of our fault, we will refund or credit the affected time.
• After the 7 days. Renewal payments and later purchases are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or for the cases above.

This policy does not take away any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, such as a cooling-off period for distance sales.

Use the contact form. Tell us the email on your account, the date of the payment and why you are asking. We aim to answer within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show them.

Certificates and downloads are digital and free to create. They stay valid after a cancellation or a refund, unless we withdrew them for misuse as described in the terms.

If we change this policy, the new version applies to purchases made after the change. Your earlier purchase keeps the terms you agreed to.
