Terms of use

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the Route To AI team for using Route To AI. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

We tried to write them in plain words. If something is unclear, ask us.

1. What the service is

Route To AI offers courses, roadmaps, hands-on labs, a prompt library, AI tool and certification directories, calculators and a weekly digest. We may change, add or remove features. We will try to give notice of big changes that affect paid features.

2. Your account

  • You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 16.
  • Give true information, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person per account. Do not share access or sell it.
  • You can delete your account at any time by asking us.

3. How you may use it

You may use the site for your own learning and for your own work. Please do not:

  • copy, resell or republish our lessons, labs, diagrams or certificates as your own, or build a competing product from them;
  • scrape the site in bulk, or overload it;
  • try to break security, reach other people's data or interfere with the service;
  • use the labs against real systems, real companies or real people. The labs are practice material with made-up data;
  • upload or send anything illegal, harmful or that you do not have the right to share;
  • create a certificate you did not earn, or use someone else's name or code to mislead people.

4. Our content and yours

We own, or have permission to use, the content on the site. We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to read it and to use the templates and examples in your own learning and work. Quoting a short part with a link back to us is fine.

Names, messages and other things you give us stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them as needed to run the service, for example showing your name on your certificate.

5. Certificates

A Route To AI certificate shows that you marked every lesson of a course or roadmap as complete. It is a record of course completion. It is not an exam result, a licence or an accredited qualification, and it does not promise a job or a salary.

Completion is based on what you mark in the course, so please be honest. We may withdraw a certificate that was obtained by misuse or that was issued by mistake. Anyone with the code can check a certificate on the verify page.

6. No professional advice

Our material is for education. It is not legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice. Laws, tools, prices and model behavior change often. Check current rules and official documents before you rely on anything, especially for law, privacy, safety or money.

AI tools can be wrong. Always check AI output before you use it for something important. We are not responsible for what third-party AI tools do.

7. Other websites and tools

We link to AI tools, certification pages and other sites that we do not control. They have their own terms and privacy practices. Listing a tool or a certification is not an endorsement, and we are not affiliated with the issuers unless we say so. If a link ever earns us money, we will say so on that page.

9. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be free of errors, always on, or that the content is complete or up to date. Nothing here limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.

10. Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business harm caused by using the service. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or a small fixed amount if you paid nothing. Nothing limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if someone breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or if we have to by law. We will explain why when we can.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell signed-in users. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

13. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Route To AI team is established, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts. Where you are a consumer, you keep any rights that the law of your country gives you.
